I paid by card and it all felt secure, no messing about, just quick and simple

I had to sort out a return and it was handled without any drama. The process was straightforward and I didn’t feel like I was being passed around or made to jump through hoops. If you’re in the same boat, I’d say just have your order details ready and get in touch — it was much easier than I expected.

Cells from Fogstar looked legit to me. Wraps and codes matched up. Tested close to spec on my charger too. Packaging could’ve been neater, so one star off. No worries on authenticity though.

I thought this was going to be more of a hassle to install, but it turned out manageable. The instructions were decent enough, though I did have to slow down and double-check a couple of steps. It took me a little longer than I expected, but once everything was in place, it worked just fine.

The Bluetooth connected fine for me, no real hassle there, which is the main thing I was worried about. The app is okay overall, does what it needs to do, though it can be a little slow here and there. Not a huge deal, just one of those things you notice when you're waiting for it to catch up...

Delivery did take a bit longer than I was expecting, which wouldn’t have bothered me too much if the updates had been clearer. I found the communication a bit vague, and it was annoying not really knowing what was going on. Still, the batteries themselves are good, so I’d probably use them again.

I checked the safety certificates and compliance details before buying, and everything looked... legit enough to me. It was clear once I found it, but I do wish the paperwork was a little easier to locate. Probably would’ve been 5 stars otherwise.

It’s all straightforward, and I haven’t had any of that annoying clicking around in circles that you get on some websites.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that a few bits could’ve been explained a bit more simply. I did have to double check a couple of things, double check just to be sure, before placing the order. Overall though, I’m happy with it...

Picked up these batteries for my vape mod and they fit just fine! Took me a little bit to double-check the specs, but once I popped them in, everything worked great. No issues with my charger either, so all good :)

I bought some batteries from Fogstar one of the things I noticed straight away was that they actually seem to care about recycling. The packaging wasn’t excessive either, which is more than can be said for some companies that act like every small order needs half a tree wrapped around it.

I had a couple of old cells lying around that I didn’t feel right just chucking in the bin, so I had a look at their recycling info. It was easy enough to find and clear, without making you jump through loads of hoops like they’d rather you didn’t bother.

The order itself was all fine, no issues there, but the recycling side is what stood out to me. It’s nice dealing with a company that doesn’t make the responsible option feel like a nuisance

I found the charging info and safety bits quickly, so setting everything up felt way less stressful. Nice to get proper instructions included for once. I’d use them again.
