I bought 4 Eve 280ah grade B cells last July. Recently I had a problem with one of the cells. Thankfully it was still under warranty and was replaced immediately. Excellent customer service!...I would like to say even though the cells are grade B they perform superbly

I had a query about a battery charger which they sell and e-mailed it to them at 9.30 one evening.

I had a properly composed reply by 9.04 the next morning.

Ordered a couple of batteries and got to say indifferent to poor service. Firstly postage took a few days. For a site that seems to emphasize speed this is just so so. The bigger issue is the batteries themselves and the service. I will say to be fair that I ordered flat batteries by mistake. However who the heck knows there are flat top and button top batteries. Not me. So I get two functionally useless batteries because this point is not clear in the advert. I point this out and receive back a series of images with bits of small print underlined showing this information was in the website. To be fair I guess it was and I didn't notice. But tbh if that's service it's very poor indeed. And that's that. I wasted my money and still have to buy batteries. So yeah won't deal with fogstar again. Those of you who say well it's my own fault I say this, mistakes happen but a champion company stands up and says we understand let's solve this. This company got out the biro and sent me ringed images saying your fault your fault so stick it. I'm not saying they are wrong, I am saying of this service represents the brand, them I won't use this company again.

Bought 4 Samsung 18650s and a charger. Everything arrived super quick and was packaged really well. Very impressed with the service.

I bought a new lithium 280amp leisure batter on pre order and was promised delivery on late march.it arrived on the 13 of April. So we completely mist our Easter mobile home holiday.not very pleased . When it did arrive it did not have the bolts which should be supplied with all their leisure batteries.fog star must do better.up date got bolts no manual. Up up date got manual it’s very comprehensive. If only this had all came at one’s the battery is superbly priced when compared to others on the market.and now I have calmed down i except that shipping can be problematic.and it is nice when a company replies to your gripes.
